Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident purchasing from VastrAnanta while also protecting the craftsmanship and quality of every garment we sell.
Domestic Returns
Eligible products delivered within India may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:

Unused, unworn and unwashed

In their original condition
-
Returned with original tags and packaging

Free from stains, damage, fragrance, alterations or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
For an eligible return that is not the result of a VastrAnanta error or product defect, a ₹149 reverse-shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
Any original shipping charge paid when placing the order is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Exchanges
Eligible domestic purchases may receive one exchange per item, subject to product availability.
A ₹149 logistics charge applies to customer-requested exchanges.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose an eligible refund instead.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact VastrAnanta through our Contact page and provide the relevant order information and photographs where appropriate.
When the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, VastrAnanta will bear the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.
Sale & Clearance Items
Products sold as sale, clearance, final-sale, or otherwise specifically marked as non-returnable are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
This does not limit remedies available for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misrepresented products, or any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Customized & Altered Products
Products that have been stitched, tailored, altered, personalized, made to order, or otherwise customized at the customer's request are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges.
This includes services such as blouse stitching, garment alterations or personalization where applicable.
International shipping is not currently available. VastrAnanta presently accepts orders for delivery within India only.
Once international shipping is introduced, the applicable return process, return-shipping responsibilities, customs duties, taxes, and refund conditions will be stated here before international orders are opened.

Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and successfully inspected, VastrAnanta will normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
