About VastrAnanta
VastrAnanta offers apparel, sarees and related products through our online store.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible, including photographs, colors, materials, measurements and other product details.
However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and the characteristics of the fabric.
Certain textiles, handwoven products, handcrafted products or traditionally produced garments may also have minor variations in weave, texture, pattern, color or finish. Such natural variations are not necessarily defects.
Customers should review product descriptions, sizing information and care instructions before placing an order.
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout configuration and destination.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

VastrAnanta does not control processing times, banking procedures or other systems operated independently by payment providers or financial institutions.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed, packed, customized or dispatched.
Where cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method and subject to any payment-provider processing times.
Shipping & Delivery
International Orders
Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, customs, public holidays, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International shipping is not currently available. VastrAnanta presently accepts orders for delivery within India only.
When international shipping is introduced, eligible destinations, shipping charges, delivery estimates, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated before international orders are opened.
Customers will be responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination country, where applicable.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligibility may depend on the product, condition, reason for return and location of the customer.
Customized, stitched, tailored, altered, personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Nothing in our Returns Policy limits remedies available to customers for defective, incorrect or materially misrepresented products where applicable law provides such rights.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that item.
